As part of the PR team for Rick Bayless and Rick Bayless Restaurants, I was intimately involved with executing events and campaigns surrounding Chef's 37-year anniversary of Frontera Grill and the proclamation of Rick Bayless Day in Chicago on March 21st, 2024. Besides a successful and lively celebration including the attendance of Mayor Brandon Johnson in his Clark Street restaurants, the team secured several published and broadcast media placements celebrating Chef's dedication to his culinary craft and Chicago.

As part of the staffing for the event, I assisted in managing three live CBS segments, coordinated press and special guest arrivals, and ensured a seamless representation of the event. In the weeks leading up to Rick Bayless Day, I crafted a variety of pitch angles and managed conversations with several press contacts, yielding a multitude of placements.
